More Opportunities provides one-on-one support that assists participants to achieve their individual Accommodation and Tenancy goals, be it overcoming hurdles that may impact a current tenancy or exploring and obtaining alternative housing.
Our Accommodation and Tenancy service includes assessment, individual case planning, practical one-on-one assistance, liaising with service providers and capacity building assistance to support people to achieve their various goals. We have a comprehensive range of accommodation options. Working together, we can find the right option for you. We offer accommodation services to NDIS and non-NDIS participants. You can fund these services privately or find other locally-based funding options outside of the NDIS.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is when you live in shared housing with other people or on your own with support from us. We will find the right housing so you can live more independently, while receiving the support you need.
In your NDIS plan, Supported Independent Living is funded by the Core Supports budget, under ‘Assistance with Daily Life.’
We offer shared and supported living in most states and territories. If you are interested in our Supported Independent Living, please get in touch. We want to work with you to find the right place for you, and there may be upcoming vacancies that suit your needs.

We offer this type of accommodation to participants with NDIS plan or without NDIS plan. ILOs enable alternative ways of supporting and funding living arrangements for NDIS participants. There are lots of choices with ILO. Participants can share their home with friends or housemates. Or they might live in the home of a host.
HOST ARRANGEMENT – you live full time with a person or family (host), who is not related to you. The Host provides a safe and welcoming home and the help you need
HOUSEMATES/CO-RESIDENT – you live full time with people who provide care, help and companionship.
MENTORS – a small team of paid supports exclusive to you who spend extended periods of time providing direct and indirect support
More Opportunities has developed a process that helps people interested in an ILO explore their options, as well as gathers the information we need to start the assessment process for an ILO arrangement. If you would like to start this process please contact us.
